Purpose & Objective

Irish Executives was established in 2008 to make meaningful connections between Irish business people at home and the Irish Diaspora globally as a way to boost trade through sharing of ideas.

The purpose of this competition is to encourage Irish Executive members to develop an inspiring business idea that will result in wealth creation and jobs in Ireland. If not already a member apply to join Irish Executives on LinkedIn here

Prize Packages - Total Value of All Prizes worth over €150,000

The three winners will select from the list of offers in-kind that have been kindly offered by members of the Irish Executive community. They can select a package of in-kind offers, software products and logistic services that will help them best develop their inspiring idea (Note: there are no cash prizes provided in this competition). Winners can choose offers up to a maximum value of approx €10K, €8K and €5.5K respectively (total value approx €23,000). The remaining four finalists will share prizes as appropriate to their business concept (total value of approx €4,000). The first 58 competition entries (from launch date 28th October) will each receive three prizes worth approx €2077 each (total value of approx €120,466). Competition opens online October 28th

Entries close November 24th 5pm GMT

Presentations Online December 12th

Competition Final

Seven finalists will be selected from all entries to compete in an online event on December 12th 2011 between 12-1pm GMT. The competition will be held live on Irish Executives TV, see Terms & Conditions regarding presentation format and IT requirements to partake in final.

Competition Steps:

1. Fill in application entry form, submit before Nov 24th 5pm GMT.

2. Seven finalists will be selected and contacted by email and phone Nov 28th

3. These Finalists will then be required to prepare a Powerpoint presentation to present live on Irish Executives TV.

4. Finalists presentations need to be submitted by email before 11th Dec 5pm GMT.

5. Finalists present online Dec 12th 12-1pm GMT.

6. Winners announced on IrishExecutives.com website Dec 13th before 5pm GMT.
